meet the lovely ladies and gents

Alpaca wool bearing critters and lovely llama guardians. Each animal has a unique personality and we love interacting with each of them. It is our joy to share them with you! Take a piece of alpaca home with you via our alpaca yarn or alpaca products.

Honey

First girl born on our farm in 2015, born to Trinity. Beautiful off-white luxurious fiber. Honey has the true “teenager personality”, she can be “sweet” one moment and then turn “spicy” the next. She is our only girl that not only spits during annual shearing, but pees too!

Abby

Abby was born in 2016 and is the guard for our alpaca girls. She is very sweet and attentive to her herd, and very inquisitive to people and objects alike. Abby is likely to come up to your face and smell your breath, then take your zipper tab or pendant and tug at it with her lips. Abby is a favorite with farm visitors.

Ellie

Ellie guard the back padlock with Ziva. Their mere presence has greatly reduced the coyote presence on our back mountain. Ellie is a bossy lady, and inclined to boss around more docile Ziva.

Red

Red is a sweet shy boy. He loves to stand in the barn door and survey his domain as he munches on hay.

Cappuchino

Born on our farm in 2015, she is a “Dark Chocolate” and best buds with Honey. Cappuccino is one of our friendliest alpacas and loves a neck rub and gives “paca kisses”.

Saint

Saint was born in June 2017 and is a spirited and vocal gelded mail. Saint has fabulous dense soft crimpy fiber that makes incredible yarn and garments. He loves his daily grain ration and dances and talks as he munches. He also tries to steal from his boy-band mates, so he gets his grain separately!
